We collect and use personal information solely to provide, operate, improve, and support Narration Box services, including text-to-speech generation, audiobook creation, and voice cloning workflows.

We do not collect personal data for speculative, unrelated, or undisclosed purposes.

No Training on Your Content

We do not train AI models on your text, audio, voice recordings, cloned voices, manuscripts, or audiobooks.

All content you upload or generate on Narration Box remains your intellectual property. Your creative work and voice data are used only to deliver the service you explicitly request and are not reused to improve global models, shared datasets, or third-party AI systems.

Customer Content and Intellectual Property

When you upload or provide any text, scripts, documents, audio files, voice samples, voice recordings, manuscripts, or any other materials to Narration Box ("Customer Content"), you retain all right, title and interest in and to your Customer Content, including all intellectual property rights.

Narration Box does not claim ownership of Customer Content.

We process Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services for you, including generating audio output, processing voice cloning requests, and delivering features within the Narration Box platform.

We do not sell, license, disclose, or make Customer Content available to third parties for their own use.

We do not use Customer Content to train or improve our own proprietary machine learning models.

Use of Subprocessors and Third-Party Infrastructure

In order to provide the Services, Narration Box may use carefully selected third-party infrastructure providers and technology partners (such as cloud hosting providers and speech or AI processing providers) acting as subprocessors.

Such subprocessors are permitted to process Customer Content only on Narration Box's documented instructions and solely to deliver the Services to you.

Subprocessors are contractually required to:

• keep Customer Content confidential,
• implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, and
• not use Customer Content for any purpose other than providing services to Narration Box.

Customer Content is not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, resale, or independent product development.

Data Minimization and Retention

We collect only the data that is necessary to provide the service effectively.

Personal information and content are retained only for as long as required to fulfill the stated purposes, comply with legal obligations, or support user-initiated actions such as saving projects. You may delete your projects or data where applicable, and we honor reasonable data deletion requests.

Lawful and Fair Collection

Personal information is collected by lawful and fair means, and where appropriate, with the knowledge and consent of the individual concerned. We do not use deceptive, hidden, or invasive data collection practices.

Accuracy and Relevance

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data used for service delivery is relevant, accurate, complete, and kept up to date where necessary.

Security Safeguards

We protect personal information and creative content using reasonable and industry-standard security safeguards. These measures are designed to protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

Access to user data is strictly limited to systems and personnel required to operate and maintain the service.

Limited Third-Party Data Sharing

To operate Narration Box reliably and improve product experience, we may share extremely limited data with trusted third-party services. This data is restricted to product usage signals such as feature usage, performance metrics, and error diagnostics.

We do not share user text content, audio files, voice recordings, manuscripts, or cloned voice data with third parties for advertising, resale, or training purposes.

These providers act as infrastructure, analytics, or support processors and are bound by their own data protection and security obligations.

Communication and Email Preferences

All Narration Box mailing list emails include a clear unsubscribe link at the bottom. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Breach Notification

If we become aware of a data breach that affects personal information, we will inform impacted users promptly and transparently, in accordance with applicable laws.
