If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Customer Content, Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain all right, title and interest in and to any content, data, materials, text, audio, voice recordings, scripts, documents, or other information that you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Services ("Customer Content"), including all intellectual property and proprietary rights therein.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted below, Narration Box acquires no ownership rights in your Customer Content.

You grant Narration Box a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to process and use Customer Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and support the Services.

Narration Box will not use Customer Content for any purpose other than providing the Services to you.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Customer Content

Narration Box will treat Customer Content as confidential information.

Narration Box will not disclose, share, sell, rent, or otherwise make Customer Content available to any third party, except:

• (a) to authorized subprocessors strictly for the purpose of providing the Services, and
• (b) where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

Any permitted subprocessors are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations that are no less protective than those contained in these Terms.

No Training or Reuse of Customer Content

Narration Box does not use Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve its own proprietary models or systems.

Customer Content is not used for building datasets, benchmarking, or developing generalized products.

Security and Access Limitation

Access to Customer Content within Narration Box is restricted to authorized personnel and systems strictly necessary to operate and support the Services.

Narration Box maintains reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Content from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Discounts and Promotions

All promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing—whether seasonal, occasional, or long-running—apply exclusively to self-serve subscription plans. These discounts do not apply to enterprise plans, multi-license agreements, custom contracts, or any agreements negotiated outside of our standard self-serve terms.

For enterprise or bulk licensing inquiries and custom pricing arrangements, please contact our sales team directly. Any discounts or special terms for enterprise or multi-license agreements must be explicitly agreed to in writing and are not subject to promotional offers unless specifically authorized.

Deletion of Customer Content

Upon termination of your account or upon your written request, Narration Box will delete or anonymize Customer Content from its active production systems within thirty (30) days. Customer Content may remain in encrypted backup or disaster-recovery systems for up to ninety (90) days, after which it will be permanently deleted or overwritten in accordance with Narration Box’s backup retention policies. Customer Content will not be restored from backups except where required for system recovery or legal or regulatory compliance.

Indemnification

Each party (“Indemnifying Party”) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other party, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates (“Indemnified Party”) from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the Indemnifying Party’s breach of these Terms; or (b) the Indemnifying Party’s violation of applicable laws or regulations. In addition: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Narration Box from any third-party claims arising from the Customer Content, including any claim that Customer Content infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Narration Box agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the customer from any third-party claims arising directly from Narration Box’s operation of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

The materials on Narration Box's website are provided "as is". Narration Box makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Narration Box does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event shall Narration Box or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Narration Box's Internet site, even if Narration Box or a Narration Box authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Narration Box's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Narration Box does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Narration Box may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Narration Box does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Narration Box has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Narration Box of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
