By accessing this website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Customer Content, Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain all right, title and interest in and to any content, data, materials, text, audio, voice recordings, scripts, documents, or other information that you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to the Services ("Customer Content"), including all intellectual property and proprietary rights therein.
Except for the limited rights expressly granted below, Narration Box acquires no ownership rights in your Customer Content.
You grant Narration Box a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to process and use Customer Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and support the Services.
Narration Box will not use Customer Content for any purpose other than providing the Services to you.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Customer Content
Narration Box will treat Customer Content as confidential information.
Narration Box will not disclose, share, sell, rent, or otherwise make Customer Content available to any third party, except:
- (a) to authorized subprocessors strictly for the purpose of providing the Services, and
- (b) where required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Any permitted subprocessors are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations that are no less protective than those contained in these Terms.
No Training or Reuse of Customer Content
Narration Box does not use Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve its own proprietary models or systems.
Customer Content is not used for building datasets, benchmarking, or developing generalized products.
Security and Access Limitation
Access to Customer Content within Narration Box is restricted to authorized personnel and systems strictly necessary to operate and support the Services.
Narration Box maintains reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Content from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Account Termination and Denial of Service
Narration Box reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, or restrict access to the platform at any time and without prior notice.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we determine that an account has been created using a disposable or temporary email address, or if we detect any suspicious activity, abuse of our services, or violation of these Terms of Service. We maintain this policy to ensure the security, integrity, and fair use of our platform for all users.
Discounts and Promotions
All promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing—whether seasonal, occasional, or long-running apply exclusively to self-serve subscription plans. These discounts do not apply to enterprise plans, multi-license agreements, custom contracts, or any agreements negotiated outside of our standard self-serve terms.
For enterprise or bulk licensing inquiries and custom pricing arrangements, please contact our sales team directly. Any discounts or special terms for enterprise or multi-license agreements must be explicitly agreed to in writing and are not subject to promotional offers unless specifically authorized.
Word Quotas and Purchased Words
Word allowances included with a monthly subscription apply only to the current billing cycle. Any unused subscription words expire at the end of that cycle and do not roll over. At the start of the next billing cycle, the unused balance from the previous cycle is set to zero and the account receives the word allowance included with its plan for the new cycle.
Words purchased separately on top of a monthly subscription are not part of the monthly quota reset. Any unused purchased words roll over to the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Subscribers may request a refund of their most recent subscription payment provided that (a) the request is submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the commencement of the applicable billing cycle, and (b) total usage during that billing cycle has not exceeded two thousand (2,000) words of generated content.
Where one or more voice clones have been provisioned during the billing cycle in question, a fee of one US dollar ($1.00) per voice clone created shall be deducted from the eligible refund amount. Refund requests that do not meet the foregoing conditions will be denied at Narration Box's sole discretion.
Deletion of Customer Content
Upon termination of your account or upon your written request, Narration Box will delete or anonymize Customer Content from its active production systems within thirty (30) days. Customer Content may remain in encrypted backup or disaster-recovery systems for up to ninety (90) days, after which it will be permanently deleted or overwritten in accordance with Narration Box’s backup retention policies. Customer Content will not be restored from backups except where required for system recovery or legal or regulatory compliance.
Affiliate Program Terms
Effective November 1, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms apply only to individuals and businesses approved to participate in the Narration Box Affiliate Program ("Affiliates"). Customers who use Narration Box without participating in the Affiliate Program are not subject to these affiliate-specific commission, verification, and payout rules, and nothing in this section changes the customer policies in these Terms.
1. Eligibility and enrollment
Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to Narration Box's approval, and applications may be reviewed before approval. Narration Box may decline or revoke an application at its discretion. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information, keep it up to date, and comply with all applicable laws, advertising and endorsement disclosure requirements, platform rules, and these Affiliate Program Terms.
2. Commission structure
The standard commission rate is twenty-five percent (25%) of the eligible amount actually paid by a qualifying customer, on a recurring basis for up to twelve (12) months from that customer's first successful subscription payment. The eligible amount excludes discounts, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and amounts that are otherwise not collected. Payments made after the twelve-month period, or after the subscription is cancelled, do not earn commission.
Any rate higher than the standard rate, up to forty percent (40%), applies only where agreed in writing as described in Section 11.
3. Eligible referrals
Commissions apply only to genuinely new customers acquired through the affiliate's referral link or other approved tracking method as a result of legitimate promotional activity. Unless expressly approved by Narration Box in writing, the following are not eligible: existing or previous Narration Box customers, self-referrals, artificial, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts, custom enterprise contracts, and deals negotiated independently with Narration Box. A referral, signup, or free trial does not by itself earn a commission.
4. Self-referral prohibition
Affiliates may not receive commissions on purchases made through accounts they own or control, including accounts belonging to their own business or created on their behalf, or on accounts created primarily to generate commissions. Artificial signups, duplicate accounts created to manipulate commissions, and other referral abuse are prohibited.
5. Commission verification
Each commission remains pending for ninety (90) calendar days after the successful payment to which it relates. During this period and before payout, commissions are subject to review for fraud, refunds, disputes, and eligibility. Only commissions approved after that review are payable.
6. Payouts
A minimum balance of fifty US dollars ($50) in approved commissions is required before a payout is issued. Approved balances below the minimum carry forward. Payouts are made according to the payout schedule shown in the affiliate portal and require the affiliate to satisfy applicable payment-provider requirements, provide valid payout details, and complete any identity, tax, or payout verification Narration Box or its payment providers request. Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes and for any fees charged by their chosen payout method.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Subject to applicable law, Narration Box may reject, reverse, or recover any commission associated with a payment that is refunded, disputed, charged back, unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible, including by deducting the amount from pending or future commissions.
8. Fraud prevention
Narration Box may investigate suspicious referral or account activity. While an investigation is open, Narration Box may temporarily withhold affected commissions and request information or verification from the affiliate. Where abuse or a material breach of these Affiliate Program Terms is substantiated, Narration Box may reject affected commissions, suspend participation, or terminate the affiliate account.
9. Promotional restrictions
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Narration Box wherever required by law or platform rules. Affiliates may not make misleading or unsubstantiated claims about Narration Box, its pricing, or its features; send spam or unsolicited messages; impersonate Narration Box or its staff; use deceptive advertising; or use the Narration Box name, logos, or trademarks except as permitted by Narration Box.
10. Existing affiliates
Commissions earned under an affiliate's existing agreement are preserved. Affiliates who enrolled before the effective date of these Affiliate Program Terms keep their previously agreed commission terms unless those terms are changed as permitted by their existing agreement. Any such change applies only to commissions earned after it takes effect, and Narration Box will provide any notice required by that agreement or applicable law before it takes effect. These terms are not applied retroactively.
11. Special agreements
Individually negotiated commission arrangements, including rates above the standard rate, are effective only when agreed in writing by Narration Box. Where a written agreement conflicts with these Affiliate Program Terms, the written agreement governs to the extent of the conflict.
12. Program changes
Narration Box may amend, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, subject to applicable law, its contractual obligations, and appropriate advance notice to affected affiliates. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce commissions already earned and approved, except as provided in Sections 7 and 8.
Indemnification
Each party (“Indemnifying Party”) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other party, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates (“Indemnified Party”) from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the Indemnifying Party’s breach of these Terms; or (b) the Indemnifying Party’s violation of applicable laws or regulations. In addition: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Narration Box from any third-party claims arising from the Customer Content, including any claim that Customer Content infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Narration Box agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the customer from any third-party claims arising directly from Narration Box’s operation of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Disclaimer
The materials on Narration Box's website are provided "as is". Narration Box makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Narration Box does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Limitations
In no event shall Narration Box or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Narration Box's Internet site, even if Narration Box or a Narration Box authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Narration Box's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Narration Box does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Narration Box may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Narration Box does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Narration Box has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Narration Box of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
